Ingredients + Measurements

1 Cup semolina /suji
1 Cup curd
1 Cup water
1 tsp salt
Half onion finely chopped
1 carrot, grated
Half tomato chopped
2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
Few curry leaves, finely chopped
2 chilli, finely chopped
1 tsp Oil for roasting .

Method Of Preparation

Firstly in a large bowl take 1 cup rava, curd and salt
Add 1 cup water and mix well
Mix and prepare batter
Further add half cup water , cover and rest for 20 minutes.
After resting the batter well, mix again.
Now add half onion, carrot, tbsp coriander, curry leaves and 2 chilli.
Mix gently, formatting a forty batter.
Heat the appe pan and add oil to each mould.
Once the pan is hot enough, add in the prepared rava batter.
Cover and simmer for 5 mins.
Roast on low to medium flame until the appe turns golden brown.
Flip over and cook both sides.
Finally enjoy
