- Oats flour - 1 Cup
- Onions - 1 Small
- Green or Red Chillies - 2
- Black pepper powder - 2 Pinch
- Ginger/garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Hing - As Per Taste (Optional)
- Spices - As Per Taste
- Coriander leaves - 5 to 6
- Salt - As Per Taste
- Palak - 250g
Method Of Preparation
- Firstly, wash spinach, coriander and chop them well.
- Add spinach, green or red chilies, black pepper powder, salt, as per taste.
- Now grind ginger/garlic paste, green coriander leaves, chopped onions in a mixer.
- Then, add oats flour and water as per the consistency you want.
- Mix it well so that there are no lumps left.
- Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
- Turn on the heat and spray (2 sprays are more than sufficient) some oil over the pan.
- Spread the batter properly and also cook both sides for 2-4 minutes.
- Serve with curd or any homemade chutney.
