- 1/2 tablespoon refined oil
- 1 and 1/4 tablespoon soya chunks
- Coriander leaves as required
- Asafoetida as required
- Green chilli as required
- Onion as required
Method Of Preparation
- To make this recipe, soak the soya chunks in hot water for some time. Crush the soaked soya chunks using the grinder
- Now take a bowl and add crushed soya chunks, wheat flour along with 2 tablespoon oil and all the ingredients. Knead into a soft dough. Keep it aside for 15- 20 minutes. Then divide the dough into equal halves and shape into small balls.
- Now, take a dough ball from the mixture and roll it into a circle. Then, put a skillet over the medium flame and heat it. Place the parantha over the hot skillet and grease it with oil from both the sides. Roast well till it appears golden brown. Serve hot with some chutney or dip.
