Method Of Preparation
- Firstly, dry-roast the lotus seeds.
- The simple recipe starts with heating a pan and adding oil. Add the lotus seeds (Makhana) once the oil is hot enough. Till they start to take on a brownish hue, toss them thoroughly.
- Secondly, clean and prep the vegetables
- Take all the vegetables and give them a thorough wash in the interim. Well-cut and chopped. Put all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Thirdly, blend the lemon juice
